Send us any feedback, corrections, or questions about transit information on this site. Include the page URL and specific details about what you'd like to report or suggest.
Report Factual Errors — If you find an incorrect station address, wrong venue connection information, or outdated service details, please let us know immediately. We'll verify the correction and publish an update.
Translation Corrections — Our nine-language site sometimes has minor translation issues. If you spot anything unclear in Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, Portuguese, or Italian, we want to fix it.
Real-Time Observations — If you notice a service delay not yet reflected in our live feed, crowding at a particular station during Olympic preparation, or construction affecting planned routes, please share it. Real-time updates from readers help us stay accurate.
Feature Requests — Ideas for new venue guides, tools, or content? We consider all suggestions. Tell us what would make your Olympic transit planning easier.
Accessibility Issues — If you have trouble using this site on a screen reader, mobile device, or with keyboard navigation, report it. We're committed to WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
Venue Information — If you're affiliated with an Olympic venue and want to provide updated transit information, accessible entry details, or venue-specific transportation advice, we'd love to work with you.
Media Inquiries — Journalists, broadcasters, and press: we can provide comment on Olympic transit trends, LA Metro capacity planning, or public transit accessibility during major events.
Transit Emergencies: If you're experiencing a medical emergency or safety issue at a station or on Metro, call 911 immediately. LA Metro security (311 from a cell phone or on-platform emergency boxes) handles urgent station safety issues.
Service Complaints: Complaints about LA Metro service quality, ticket prices, or operator conduct should be directed to LA Metro directly at metro.net. We aggregate publicly available information but don't advocate on your behalf with the agency.
Route/Schedule Changes: We track Metro's official schedule changes and update our site, but we don't make decisions about routes. If you want to advocate for a new route or service change, contact LA Metro's Board of Directors through their public comment process.
Sponsorships or Advertising: We don't accept paid placements, sponsorships, or advertising partnerships. Our venue coverage is based purely on official Olympic site lists, not promotional agreements.
Affiliate Marketing Requests: We include relevant affiliate links (such as transit-adjacent services) only if they genuinely benefit readers. We don't add merchants or services based on commission offers.
Official LA Metro or LA28 Affiliation: We are an independent guide, not affiliated with LA Metro, LA28, the IOC, or any government agency. We cannot speak on their behalf or facilitate official complaints.
We aim to respond to all messages within 48 hours during the Olympic planning period (2026-2028). During the actual Games (July-August 2028), response times may be longer as we focus on live content updates. Critical corrections affecting transit safety will be prioritized.
If you don't hear back within 72 hours, check your spam folder. Our response may have been filtered.
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message). We use this only to respond to your inquiry and don't share it with third parties. See our privacy policy for full details on how we handle contact information.
